Important Updates!

New CAHPS Hospice Survey for April 2025 Decedents
Beginning with April 2025 decedents, the CAHPS Hospice Surveys will be administered using the new survey materials published by CMS, including a new Prenotification Letter which is sent 7 days before the 1st survey.  In addition, a new Web Mail administration mode is available for hospices who have contracted for the new service by May 1.
